Stacy Pigott, MS, oversees external communications for the University of Arizona Health Sciences as the executive director of brand communications. She is also the marketing and communications director for the Comprehensive Center for Pain & Addiction. For the U of A Health Sciences, she leads a cross-functional team of brand content writers, media relations professionals and social media specialists. She is responsible for developing and implementing communications strategies that drive awareness, engagement and support of the University of Arizona Health Sciences as a leading academic medical center. She also creates and manages omnichannel, integrated marketing plans to advance strategic initiatives and other education, research and outreach activities.

Pigott completed her undergraduate studies at Michigan State University, graduating with dual majors in Animal Sciences and Agriculture and Natural Resources Communications. She earned her master's degree in digital audience strategy from Arizona State University.
